Mr. Vidhan Surana
Being Founder partner of SMC, Mr. Vidhan Surana is the driving force behind the success of the firm. He began his career in 1988, as a Member of ICAI. Initially Mr. Surana started his professional career serving in a reputed company for two years. Later on, he ventured into practice by laying the foundation stone for Surana Maloo and Co. in 1991.
His areas of expertise are:
Audit and Assurance: Attending and supervising Audit and Assurance of Public Limited, Private Limited Companies, Partnership Firms and Public Charitable Trusts.
Direct Taxation: Representation before Appellate Authorities, Tribunal, Settlement Commission and assisting advocates of High Court in respect of cases of clients. He is well versed in the search & seizure cases.
Business Advisory Services and Corporate Consultancy: Advising on matters like business plan development, Acquisition and Merger, understanding of the existing structure and advising on more efficient administrative and tax planning group structure.

Mr. Urvish Sanghvi
Mr. Urvish commenced his career by becoming the member of the ICAI in the year 2012. He has been in the field of Accounting and Auditing since the beginning of his career.
His areas of expertise are:
Audit and Assurance: It covers Statutory Audits, Bank Audit, Government Audit, Internal Audit/ Risk Assurance, Due Diligence, Consulting on various matters relating to Companies Act, Accounting Standards, IND AS, Auditing Standards and the recent requirement for auditors of Indian companies to give an opinion on the Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (COSO framework and guidance note issued by ICAI) and also Income Computation and Disclosure Standards called “ICDS”. Mr. Chirag Doshi
Mr. Chirag Doshi started his career as a member of the ICAI and has been associated with SMC since 2014

Mr. Sashikant D Patel
Mr S D Patel then started his career by becoming the member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in the year 1985. He is a well-qualified Senior Chartered Accountant in the profession having worked for over a decade with reputed Chartered Accountant's firm. Over the years, he has gained proficiency in review of Internal Control and Audit of Infrastructure Industry, providing professional service to various large size Infrastructure Companies.

Mr. Harsh Madhogaria
Mr. Harsh Madhogaria became the member of ICAI in 2006. He joined one of the reputed firm based in Ahmedabad providing Financial Services to various industries across India. Subsequently, he got associated with SMC in the year 2008. His dedication and contribution to the growth of the firm in a very short span of around 4 years did not go unnoticed by the senior partner of the firm and he was subsequently admitted as a partner in SMC.

Corporate Finance: His primary expertise includes Appraisal of Project, advisory to our clients right from the project inception stage, followed by preparation of the financial feasibility study and project report with optimal financial structuring. He also looks after Liasioning with various banks and Financial Institutions for syndication of various credit facilities for our clients including project funding, arrangement of working capital facilities etc. Alongwith the above services, he also gives guidance and advice on various issues like financial restructuring, private equity capital, foreign currency loans etc.

Ms. Nidhi Surana
Ms. Nidhi Surana, Daughter of Founder partner of the firm, Mr. Vidhan Surana is the second-generation professional committed to the growth of our organization. A member of ICAI since August 2013, she started her career as Assistant Litigator with one of the reputed Advocate in Ahmedabad, who is pleading cases mainly of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
Her areas of expertise are:
Direct Taxation: With her in-depth understanding and interpretation of the subject, she has been able to deliver her valuable inputs in drafting as well as appearing before direct tax authorities.
Deed and Documentations: She is having a vast ability to draft various documents such as family settlements, will etc.

Mr. Kunal Shah
Mr. Kunal Shah started his career as a member of the ICAI in the year 2008. He is analytical and optimistic practicing Chartered Accountant having rich professional experience in Indirect Tax matters and Finance. Other competencies include tax planning and compliances.

Mr. Govil Rathi, a young and enthusiastic CS professional is in practice in the field of corporate secretarial services. He is associated with SMC as a full time Practitioner, managing all the aspects related to the Companies Act, Trade Mark, Intellectual Property Rights, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and FEMA.
